Storyline
Documentary series focusing on the breadth of the diversity of habitats around the world, from the remote Arctic wilderness and mysterious deep oceans to the vast landscapes of Africa and diverse jungles of South America.
In 2015, it was announced that the team behind the BBC nature series Planet Earth would produce an eight-part nature docu-series for Netflix that would be released in 2019. In November 2018, David Attenborough was announced as the narrator, with the release date also announced.

Review: This is absolutely brilliant, but also very very sad. Mankind must stop and protect our only home – NOW.
The first episode felt like an introduction to the rest of the series and I am very much looking forward to watching the remaining episodes, once they become available on Netflix later today, where I expect the true threats to the various fragile environments which form our planet will be explained.
