Colombian drug kingpin Jesús Morales hires a skilled sniper known as “The Devil” to eliminate all of his enemies, enabling him to gain more control over routes for smuggling drugs into the United States. Agent Kate Estrada is sent to Colombia with sniper Brandon Beckett to stop “The Devil” and extradite Morales.

“Sniper: Ultimate Kill” is a competent potboiler action/thriller DTV production, offering a pleasant diversion. The acting is more than adequate to the task, with some familiar faces and capable Hispanic performers. Cinematography is capable, with a refreshing lack of distracting jiggly-cam shots. Bogotá and Miami locations are realistic. Costumes, weapons and vehicles are true to form.

First off, Things like mounting a Light between the Sights shows a lack of a Clue on the part of the Technical Director. The writters scripting things like You could all be court marshaled when talking to civilians , Typical Hollywood Guns that do magic. The acting is the strongest part of the Movie… That is saying something. While I hoped for much more I was sadly disappointed. Hollywood hire people that know something if you want to make this kind of movie.
